The villages of Withycombe Raleigh and Littleham make up the large conurbation which is now Exmouth. Exmouth grew as a seaside town during the 1800's and is now a large town on the estuary of the river Exe and has two miles of golden sand. Withycombe Raleigh is ten miles from the city of Exeter.
